Do you ship beer directly to consumers?
No. Due to Wisconsin state law and federal regulations, we do not ship our beer directly to individuals. Our brews are exclusively available for purchase at retail locations within the state of Wisconsin.
Can I buy New Glarus beer outside of Wisconsin?
Currently, we only distribute our products within the borders of Wisconsin. We believe in keeping our beer fresh and local, so you'll have to visit the Badger State to enjoy a Spotted Cow.
Are your beers gluten-free?
Most of our beers are brewed with barley and wheat, which contain gluten. However, we occasionally offer specialty fruit ales that may have lower gluten content, though they are not certified gluten-free.
Can I book a tour of the brewery?
Yes! We offer self-guided tours at our Hilltop brewery in New Glarus. Please check our 'Visit Us' page for current hours, tasting room availability, and any seasonal closures.
What is your return policy for merchandise?
Unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased from our online gift shop can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note that beer sales are final.
How should I store my beer to keep it fresh?
To maintain the highest quality, we recommend storing our beer in a cool, dark place, preferably refrigerated at 38-45°F. Always check the 'Best Enjoyed By' date printed on the bottle neck.
