Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, New Glarus Brewing Company cannot accept returns on beer or food items. If you have received a damaged or incorrect merchandise order, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your merchandise or apparel.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product received to help us expedite your claim and improve our shipping process.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Wait for our team to review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-food items.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Pack the unused merchandise in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
